TITLE: | Multi-agents systems for transportation problems |
PRESENTER: | Malgorzata Zabinska AGH University of Science and Technology, Poland |
ABSTRACT: The presentation consists of two parts. In the first part the structure of the AGH University of Science and Technology is shortly described. Then the Faculty and the Department of Computer Science as well as its groups are presented. The groups are related both to the certain fields of research and at the same time to teaching performed by their members. The special interest will be attached to the Intelligent Information Systems Group, which I belong to, and a subgroup, within which we carry out the research on the subject "Agent-based models for solving transportation problems" in the first place & modelling and controlling city traffic, in the second place. I will descrive the following research objectives and domains, including presentation of systems and selected results: transportation problems, dynamic PDPTW, holons, crises situations, identification of situation, choice of algorithms, changing travel times between location, conclusions and future works. |
